Appointment requests
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when a member of the clinic contacts you by phone or WhatsApp. We may propose a different time if the requested slot is unavailable.
Cancellations
Please inform the clinic at least four hours before your appointment if you cannot attend, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Accuracy of information you provide
Treatment plans depend on an accurate history. You are responsible for disclosing existing conditions, pregnancy, allergies and any medication you are currently taking.
Herbal preparations
Preparations dispensed by the clinic are made for the individual patient and must not be shared, resold, or continued beyond the period advised without review.
Content ownership
Text, images, the clinic seal, and published books remain the property of Shifa Khana Giza Say Ilaj and their respective authors. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires written permission.
