The clinic
شفا خانہ
The clinic has stood in Multan for three generations. The furniture has changed; the method has not.

Introduction
Consultations are unhurried — thirty to forty-five minutes for a first visit. There is no queue system that rushes a patient through, and no prescription written before the history is complete.
Preparations are made on the premises. What is dispensed to you was weighed, ground and mixed in the room next door, from stock we buy and inspect ourselves.
Philosophy
Four commitments that shape every visit.
Time enough for a full history. Rushed histories produce wrong diagnoses.
You leave with your plan on paper — food list, dosage, and what to expect.
We never ask a patient to stop prescribed medication.
If a case needs a hospital, we say so at the first visit.
Facilities
Two private rooms with separate family seating and a women's waiting area.
Single herbs, powders, decoctions, syrups and oils, prepared and weighed on site.
Inspected raw stock kept in sealed amber jars, rotated by season.
Written plans prepared in Urdu and English, with a reading-free version for families.
A teaching room used for public lectures and student case discussion.
Phone and WhatsApp follow-up with courier dispatch across Pakistan.
Consultation process
A full account of the complaint, its timeline, previous treatment and family history.
Classical pulse reading (nabz) and assessment of your hot/cold, dry/moist balance.
Any laboratory work, ultrasound or prescriptions you bring are read alongside the assessment.
The governing organ is identified and explained to you in plain language.
A written diet plan, plus any single-herb preparations, dispensed in-house.
Follow-up at two, four and eight weeks — in person, by phone or WhatsApp.
