When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the service and clinic you selected, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in the complaint field. Nothing else is collected automatically for marketing purposes.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you, confirm your appointment, and prepare for your consultation. Health information you share is treated as confidential clinical material.
Who can see it
Appointment requests are visible only to authorised clinic staff. We do not sell, rent or share patient information with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are retained as part of the clinic record so that follow-up visits can be linked to earlier consultations. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.
Messages sent via WhatsApp
The contact form opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. Once sent, that message is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to ours.
