Food before medicine

The clinic's founding principle in practice: what to change at the table before anything is dispensed.

Giza Say Ilaj translates as treatment through food. It is not a slogan — it is the order of operations. Diet is corrected first, herbs come second, and only stubborn cases need both at full strength.

The reason is simple: you eat three times a day and take medicine for a few weeks. Whatever the food is doing, it is doing it far more often.

For a hot, dry temperament we start by removing the obvious heat: fried food, red meat at night, excess tea. For a cold, moist temperament we remove the heaviness: rice at night, chilled drinks, curd after sunset. The changes are small and unglamorous, and they are what actually moves the case.
